Strawberry Lemonade

Several of the girls from the first 2 SnapShops asked for my strawberry lemonade recipe. It is almost embarrassing to post because it is so simple, but simple is great if you ask me. I can drink a gallon this a day right now…oh yea, I did drink a gallon of it today…one more thing to chalk up to pregnancy.

Can of frozen lemonade (NOT pink lemonade)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries (sliced works better than whole)

1. Mix your lemonade.

2. Add some lemonade to the strawberries in a food chopper. Let it sit for a minute or two to soften. Chop it until it is like a slushie.

3. Pour into your lemonade

4. Find a front porch and a magazine and enjoy

  • Michele V. - Sounds yummy. I’m always looking for a reason to sit on the porch and flip through a good magazine. Thanks

  • Jamie - Thanks for this! It was sooooo good! I love all the recipes today 🙂

  • katie - I just tried this! I didn’t have frozen strawberries, so I used frozen raspberries, and it tastes wonderful! Thanks for the idea, Ashley!

  • rebekah - what a great recipe! definitely trying it out! i keep thinking i need to send you an email to let you know how much i enjoy your blog! 🙂

  • Nicole C - I LOVE lemonade, probably a bit too much. I found a less sugary version while at Sams Club. A gallon of water with RealLemon juice, mixed with xagave. That simple. I add raspberry syrup here and there for added flavor..and more sugar :/ but it is still less than most lemonades. The mixture recipe is actually on the back of the RealLemon bottle too.

  • amber - Sweet! I’m going to make this for a party this weekend! Such a perfect summer drink.

  • Selina - Hi! Is a can of frozen lemonade literally that? A can of lemonade that is frozen?

  • Nicole - Holy Moly! That’s even easy enough for me!
